Return Policy for Propellers by NETTLE

1. We will accept Return item/s that were purchases from our store as "In-Store Credit" only.

2. Items must be in NEW condition and in ORIGINAL New Box - within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

5. This policy will NOT be in effect for propellers, item/s that were incorrectly shipped due to our error

6. We reserve the right to apply this policy at our discretion

7. Hubs that spin-out in a new prop must be returned to the manufacturing for a warranty with receipt, NOT returned to Propellers by NETTLE for warranty.

8. We reserve the right to deny any return or purchase through our web site due to reasons of fraud, malice, trickery, unfairness, lying, cheating, stealing, or any customer trying to be a jerk! We are good folks and we treat our customers right. So, please do the same to us. We will work with you and do our best to give you the "OLD TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE".

Shipping Policy for Propellers by NETTLE

We will ship by the most reasonable means according to size, weight and location., unless given other instructions. All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. If damage occurs in shipping, claims must be made with the carrier, not Propellers by NETTLE. Shortages and errors must be reported to Propellers by NETTLE within 5 days of receiving order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
